Activeware recently contacted you to inform you of discussions we were having with alternative platform providers with the aim of providing you with an improved service on a new platform.

We are pleased to announce that you will be able to continue your service with breathe, who will offer you their Anytime 24/7 package for £9.99 a month, and will give you 2 months free when you confirm that you would like to take the package. Taking the package will mean you will not need to change your Activeware email address, username or password, and you can continue using your mail services as usual.

You need to confirm your existing details at www.breathe.com/gioactive, where you can register for the £9.99 Anytime package, and your account will be credited with your 2 free months. You will need to do this immediately, as your existing service will cease should you not take up the offer from breathe.

If you have signed up to one of our annual Anytime services, breathe will offer to honour your existing subscription contract, and you will therefore not be billed by them until your Activeware subscription expires.

breathe will endeavour to switch your service with minimal disruption to you. Changing over to breathe will enable you to take control of your own account, and give you the peace of mind of a stable, reliable service. breathe will strive to offer Activeware customers an improved service and internet experience at prices that are cost effective.
